Friday afternoon

Hi guys! How are you spending your weekend? Yesterday I had Master all the afternoon, so after we went to dinner to “La Tagliatella”. It’s a beautiful Italian restaurant in the Paseo Recoletos. We stayed in for the first time and the experience was nice. They have a lot of pasta with differents sauces and the dishes are very big! Maybe, the worst was the price… almost 50€!

¡Hola chicos! ¿Cómo estáis pasando el fin de semana? Ayer yo tuve master toda la tarde, así que después fuimos a cenar a “La Tagliatella”. Es un bonito restaurante italiano en el Paseo Recoletos. Era la primera vez que estuvimos y la experiencia fue buena. Tienen mucha pasta con diferentes salsas y ¡los platos son muy grandes! Quizá, lo peor fue el precio… ¡casi 50€!

Change of plans

Do you remember our plans for yesterday? We had a paddle match at 16 h. We play it with Inma and Mavi (an Inma’s friend) and we won! But later… instead to go to the master I decided to stay with them taking beers, I know: I was too much irresponsible! But the afternoon was wonderful! At 21 h. René joined us and we invited them to “La Nonna”. “La Nonna” is a pizzeria in the neighborhood of Covaresa. We ate two pots of melted provolone and three big pizzas, mmmm… delicious!! We recommend the place but be careful! because they only open by nigths. If you want the address you could post a comment and I’ll give you. Have a nice weekend guys!

¿Recuerdas nuestros planes para ayer? Tuvimos partido de pádel a las 16 h. Jugamos con Inma y Mavi (un amigo de Inma) ¡y ganamos! Pero después… en vez de ir al master decidí quedarme con ellos tomando cañas, lo sé: ¡fui muy irresponsable! ¡Pero la tarde fue estupenda! A las 21 h, René se unió a nosotros y les invitamos a “La Nonna”. “La Nonna” es una pizzería en el barrio de Covaresa. Comimos dos cazuelas de provolone fundido y tres pizzas familiares, mmmm… ¡riquísimas! Os recomendamos el lugar pero ¡tened cuidado! porque sólo abre por las noches. Paddle

Do you have plans for today afternoon? It’s Thursday but we can’t go out because tomorrow is a day of work (for me because Javi is on holidays). Today I have to go to the master at 19 h. (I’m studying a master in digital business) so we’ve decided to play a match of paddle before the class. We aren’t very good (Javi is better than me) but we try it. This week we’ve played our first paddle tournament and it was a full disaster! I was eliminated at the first round but Javi achieved to arrive to quarter finals. My paddle partner is Inma and the Javi’s paddle partner is René (the Inma’s husband). They are great, one they I’ll talk about them.

¿Tienes planes para esta tarde? Es jueves pero no podemos salir por ahí porque mañana es día de trabajo (para mi porque Javi está de vacaciones). Hoy tengo master a las 19 h. (estoy estudiando un master en comercio digital) así que hemos decidido jugar un partido de padel antes de clase. No somos demasiado buenos (Javi es mejor que yo) pero lo intentamos. Esta semana hemos jugado nuestro primer torneo de padel ¡y fue un completo desastre! Yo fui eliminada en la primera ronda y Javi consiguió llegar a los cuartos de final. Mi compañera de padel es Inma y el compañero de Javi es René (el marido de Inma). Son estupendos, un día os hablaré de ellos.

Cheap holidays

If you haven’t enough money and you want to go on holidays, don’t worry! Last summer, Javi and me wanted to travel but not spent a lot of money. So, we had the idea to travel around the north of Spain with a shelter tent. At first, we stayed in “Camping La Paz” in Vidiago. “Camping La Paz” is located next to the Cantábrico sea in the beautiful beach of Vidiago (Asturias). The camping is fantastic (it has three stars) and the landscape is awesome. It’s in a slope where you can see in one side the sea and in the other side the mountain, it’s beautiful! The price is cheap. It costs 6,95 € person per night and 7,70 € shelter tent per night.

Si no tienes suficiente dinero y quieres irte de vacaciones ¡no te preocupes! El pasado verano Javi y yo queríamos viajar pero no gastar mucho dinero. Entonces tuvimos la idea de viajar por el norte de España con una tienda de campaña. En primer lugar estuvimos en el “Camping La Paz” en Vidiago. El “Camping La Paz” esta situado cerca del mar Cantábrico en la bonita playa de Vidiago (Asturias). El camping es fantástico (tiene tres estrellas) y el paisaje es impresionante. Está en una ladera donde puedes ver el mar a un lado y la montaña al otro, ¡es precioso! El precio es barato. Cuesta 6,95 € por persona/noche y 7,70 € la tienda de campaña por noche.
